In compliance with the provisions of the legislative decree of 10 March 2023, n. 24, an internal reporting system has been established for the confidential reporting of possible violations of national or European laws or internal company rules. As a company, it is our great concern that everyone actively contributes to the improvement of our processes and activities. Everyone should have the possibility to contact an independent body, even in a confidential manner. We created this possibility with the TrustWhistle platform.

Furthermore, each employee has the opportunity to make this report verbally. The competent office is the Supervisory Body in the person of Mrs. Verena Messner (reachable under verena.messner@erlacher.it). You will be given the opportunity to file the report orally within five business days of the request. Each report is assessed by an independent body and further investigations are initiated. The confidentiality of reports must be maintained and the identity of the reporter must be protected. Within three months, you will be informed of the results of the evaluation and any investigations in writing or orally, in any case in a confidential manner. Examples of reports are:

  • Suspicion of criminal offenses by company managers and representatives
  • Suspicion of serious tax violations within the company
  • Continuous violation of company rules or code of ethics
  • Supervisor instructions that violate internal rules or laws
  • Continuous violations of workplace safety and environmental protection regulations
  • Conflict of interest
  • Corruption
  • Theft
  • Falsification of documentation
  • Job security
  • Environmental Protection
  • Protection of personal data
  • Security of networks and information systems
